Ed and his team did a phenomenal job not only with my mulch, but also with aeration and over seeding. It's the end of October and my lawn has never looked better. I just signed up for an entire year long package for 2026 — thank you Maione Landscapes for making my property look fantastic year round.

Maione Landscapes is excellent. The team is always punctual and does a great job on the lawn.

I'm happy with the service. Very friendly and responsible. Thank you

This landscaping company does an amazing job, professional and they take pride in their work, so nice too see. Thankyou for keeping our property looking 👍 great

Again. Another 5 Star review for Maione landscaping- best ever for fall yard cleanup. Nicest workers that came out.
Go with a team that comes out when they say they will and complete the job. Also being able to talk to a person when you call is unheard of nowadays. Gwen who is the person who answers every call goes way above with customer service. Thank you Ed for having a great team.See you back again in the Spring.

We are very happy with Maione Landscapes. They have gone above and beyond our expectations, the yard looks great, the liquid fertilizer works great. I am especially grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. The edging is crisp the yard is clean. They help us if the kids toys are in the yard. They communicate well and their billing system is easy to use. I highly recommend Ed and his crew, they are excellent. The grass is the greenest it's ever been.

I look forward to weekly Wednesday mows by Maione Landscapes! The crew is awesome! One day without asking, they took the leaf blower to the pollen mess on my front porch! What they didn't know was I couldn't get to it because of a limitation. I had company arriving that evening and had been stressing about it!!! It moved me to tears! Thank you ML Crew for year 2! Stay well!

The Maione team were Amazing! They trimmed all my shrubbery and large trees on my 2 acre property and did my gutter cleaning. The also continue with my weekly mowing. They are professional, and do amazing work! I'm so glad I hired them and will continue to use and recommend their services as their prices are great as their work!! My yard looks presentable again! Thanks guys!

Maione Landscapes makes your yard look great and helps educate you on what’s best for your specific needs! Highly recommend!

Professional and respond quickly to request.

Maione Landscapes has done a wonderful mowing and clean up job on my yard this summer. They also did mulching and weed control. Communication is clear and frequent.

We’ve heard about Maione landscaping at a local Franklin fair and have always heard great things about them. We’ve never had professional landscaping done before and what a difference it made our yard look! We highly recommend These skilled landscapers!

They come when they say they’re gonna come and they do a great job mowing the grass and edging and cleaning up after would recommend them highly

Amazing work and quick to respond and complete the tasks!

We have used Maione Landscaping for a couple years now. I have a particularly problematic hill in my yard that was originally beautifully landscaped. It has become an eye sore over the last few years! The plantings have multiplied and the weeds have taken over the area with a vengeance. I discussed this problematic area with Ed. He told me to walk his guy Tanner through the issue this morning. Tanner worked for 2 hours pulling weeds and selectively spraying to keep the weeds down. While it will continue to be a work in progress, I am confident that Ed and his crew can handle it. I love that Ed answers right away with any concerns! I highly recommend this landscaping company!

I'm thrilled to share my experience with Maione Landscaping! Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence is unparalleled. From meticulously manicured lawns to keeping every corner tidy, the quality of their work truly speaks volumes. What sets them apart is their fantastic communication - always keeping me informed and accommodating any requests with a smile. With Maione, it's not just about the job, it's about ensuring their clients are genuinely satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, quality-focused landscaping partner! 🌿🏡

These guys do a great job. The lawn really looks great and they were diligent about blowing extra grass off after the cut. Nice job with the trimming and hedges. Very polite and professional. I found them to be very reasonable from a cost standpoint, particularly relative to the job they do. Highly recommend them!

Ed and his team are always super responsive and flexible. They are professional and consistently do a great job for a fair price. 5 Stars for sure!!!

Ed and his team completed some shrub trimming for me on the timetable I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Maione landscapes to anyone in the area who needs work done!

Excellent service. Prompt and polite. Reasonable prices.

We recently hired Maione Landscapes to do a variety of landscape work for us. They are always responsive to questions and emails, and they are detail oriented. We are very pleased with their work.

Both the Management and Landscape Workers are very pleasant, informative and very good at what they do! We are very pleased with Maione Landscapes!

You did a beautiful job with the mulch. The edging is very distinct and it looks great! Thanks for cutting back the shapeless bushes in the front too. Thank-you so much!
Michele

Very pleased with the mulching, edging, and weeding.

provides professional service at reasonable price

We started using Maione this summer for weekly mowing and clean up and we are very pleased with the quality of work they provide. We have a large yard that is not an easy task but they have the team and equipment needed to get it done. I would highly recommend!

Thank you for your service. Unwanted plant removal and mowing is done on time.

Ed and his team always go above and beyond in working with us. We have a unique yard and yet they are always willing to work with us and are incredibly respectful and communicative!

Use this landscaper! I am so happy with my entire experience with Maione Landscapes.
My front lawn was severely overgrown (weeds almost as tall as the house, bushes in desperate need of pruning) when I first contacted them. I filled out their online form and received a response from them within a few hours. Ed came out to see my yard the next day. He was on time and sent me a text about 10 minutes before he arrived. I felt that he listened to my concerns and offered some suggestions. Later that day I received an itemized list with what he planned to do and the total cost (which was very reasonable!). Two weeks later a couple of landscapers showed up and in 2 hours transformed my lawn from a jungle to a suburban front yard! I will definitely use their services again in the future!

Used Maione for weekly lawn mowing. Very responsive, reasonably priced and great work. Would definitely use for additional services.

Respectful of our property, shows up consistently when they say they will, and does a great job with all landscape needs. Ed is trustworthy and easy to work with.

This is our second year with Ed. He is reliable and does a really nice job. His communication is better than I could ever wish for, we always know when his crew is coming and for what. There are no surprises. The results have been fantastic! I highly recommend them.

I hired Maione landscaping to support an upcoming landscaping business to take care of our lawn, shrubs and seasonal clean ups. Ed and his team came through and its nice to work with someone who is pleasant , on time, responsive and professional. I could not be happier with their service.

The men that were sent to clean up my yard where very professional and courteous. Went beyond what was required. I would recomnd this company with high praise

Ed is the epitome of reliable. He is informative, professional and personable. Highly recommend. His level of communication far exceeded my expectations. This was our first time using Ed and we are thrilled with the results. Next time I need any yard services, he'll be my first call.

Ed & the crew do a great job. Easy to work with, punctual, efficient, professional and just good people! The yard looks great and the email/text alerts on appointment days were very helpful. The automated invoice & billing system round out a great service!

Ed and his team are great! I appreciate the service reminder emails and texts. I also love that I can pay for services and request project quotes through the online portal. The guys are always speedy and do excellent work - our yard looks great! Ed is friendly, professional, and always prompt with any replies. I highly recommend!

Oh my God thank you so much!

Ed & team helped us out on very short notice when we had to sell our home on a tight timeline and needed the front cleaned up before a rapidly approaching open house.

After another service gave us an insanely high quote that felt like they were taking advantage of our situation, Ed came out quickly and worked with us on a quote that reflected our need for superficial work only.

When I totally missed the email with the quote and scheduling like the overwhelmed and disorganized person I am, Ed quickly helped direct me to it so we could pay up and helped us get scheduled ASAP.

I am so grateful and would recommend Ed and his team to anyone. Ed was so understanding and really helped us in a stressful situation where we had limited time and money. They even sent us before and after pictures!

This is our second full year where Ed and his team have been taking care of our lawn and yard. We have tried 2-3 other companies. What I like best about Ed is that he is very respectful of our home and family, detailed, organized and a genuinely nice person. They do a great job every time and I couldn't recommend them more. Our lawn has never looked better!
