Services
Maione Landscapes LLC provides residential and commercial landscaping services in the Franklin, MA area including, but not limited to, weekly lawn mowing, mulch installation, fertilizer and weed control, seasonal cleanups, shrub trimming, mosquito and tick control, gutter cleaning, and snow plowing. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed via service quotes provided to each client.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided by Maione Landscapes are valid for the time period stated on the quote. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to the services and pricing described. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for subsequent service seasons.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit and debit card payments processed through Stripe. By storing a payment method on file, you authorize Maione Landscapes to charge your card for completed services as described in your accepted service quote.
Text Messaging Communications
By providing your phone number during the service request or onboarding process, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Maione Landscapes LLC. Messages may include appointment confirmations, crew arrival updates, invoice and payment notifications, seasonal service reminders, and responses to your questions.
Message frequency varies based on your active services. Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging is not required to use our services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or pause services by contacting our office. We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations to avoid same-day service charges.
Limitation of Liability
Maione Landscapes LLC is not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features not disclosed prior to service. We carry general liability insurance and take care to protect your property during all service visits.
